Visitor Guidelines

Holy Hill welcomes all who visit this sacred and beautiful space.

For the safety of all, please be aware of the following policies during your visit:

- Drones and drone photography is not permitted on the Holy Hill Grounds.
- Large group photography is not permitted on the Platform and in Churches and Chapels
- All dogs must be kept on a leash.
- Pets are not permitted on the Basilica Platform or inside any buildings.
- Bicycles are not permitted beyond the Gift Store building.
-Parking along Carmel Road is prohibited.

Under the care of the Discalced Carmelite Friars of Holy Hill, The Basilica and National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians is open to the public and draws hundreds of thousands of pilgrims and sightseers annually. Visitors can attend daily Catholic Masses of worship, enjoy the scenic views and walk the life-sized Stations of the Cross in a serene setting. A café and large gift store are open year round.
